TikTok is looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales professionals to join the team in tapping into potential client opportunities and growing new business.

 

You will be responsible for leading sales initiatives for our cutting-edge innovation technology solutions in EMEA, driving revenue, adoption and market penetration for targeted industry vertical from scratch.

 

Responsibilities

Establish strong pipeline for ByteDance’s innovation technology solution suite
Execute Go To Market strategy and drive revenue growth through effective sales closure activities
Build and manage strong relationship with prospect clients
Familiar with industry pain points and able to solution innovation technology use cases to maximise client’s ROI
Partner closely with marketing team to drive up market awareness of our innovation technology portfolio via public conferences, seminars and/or workshops
Be proactive in problem solving even if it’s outside of your concerned area and ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.

 

Preferred Qualifications

At least 5+ years of Enterprise software and/or SaaS — PaaS — IaaS technology solution sales experience in leading internet companies
English and German speakers (Russian conversational is welcomed)
Business experience in EMEA with particular focus on NORDICS — DACH — RUSSIA type of Enterprise or Digital Start-up Companies
Strong negotiation & networking skills with the ability to build strong relationships with CXOs, particularly eCommerce industry
Solid tech enterprise experiences, AI solutions, Cloud computing is preferred
Cross cultural/regional experience, remote team management is a plus

 

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree is a must.
At least 3+ years of Enterprise software and/or SaaS technology solution sales experience in leading tech companies
Proven track record of building and leading a sales team in enterprise service company.
Strong networks/experience with C-level executives
Candidate with direct sales, partners sales and channel sales experience are welcomed
Number driven, logical thinking.
