Bacardi Rus is searching for an Innovation & Incubation Brand Manager.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Development of a long-term and annual marketing plan for alcoholic beverages of the Incubation portfolio
- Planning and managing the implementation of the marketing budget for Incubation brands
- Proposing a recommendation on the pricing, taking into account the analysis of profitability at the market level, and the implementation of global recommendations
- Analysis of data on consumers and sales, political and socio-economic factors
- Coordination of work with the markets for the implementation of marketing plans and gives recommendations based on global strategy looking for the balance of local adaptation
- Ensuring the exchange of experience between the markets within the Region in order to scale up the best practice of the Incubation Portfolio
- Coordination of work of service providers (advertising / research agencies, etc.)
- Effectively building processes for planning and launching innovations, by building partnerships with the Regional brand leaders and the markets of Eastern Europe and Asia
- Cooperate effectively with Global Innovation team on constant processes improvement delivering up specific requests
- Analysis of new opportunities for launching innovations based on data from consumers, customers, market conditions and innovation concepts from the international center for innovation
- Support for cross-functional teams of the Region in the development and implementation of innovative projects (from the idea to the final project assessment)

- Knowledge of competitors' activities and market trends
- Ability to search for new opportunities for business development, alternative ways to achieve results assuming adequate risk assessment
- Understanding the key principles of super premium marketing
- Ability to learn quickly and respond flexibly to changing markets
- Fluent English
