Accel Club is searching for an Influencer Manager. As influencer manager you will create and develop the influencer strategy as well as executing on influencer campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of influencer campaigns from start to finish, driving collaboration with both large and small influencers and affiliates
- Lead/manage communication with ambassador teams and influencers
- Drive and optimize influencer marketing programs
- Negotiate contracts with content creators
- Set clear goals for influencer programs and metrics to measure success
- Represent and inspire the clients, agency, and content creators
- Develop success reports and analyze metrics to provide recommendations
- Work with client partners such as retailers and sponsorships as needed
Requirements:
- Higher education
- 2-3 years of experience with influencers in social (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
- A passion for working with people and inspiring them create amazing things
- Project management skills: ability to plan and forecast, and use metrics to monitor progress and results
- Strong understanding of content generation practices, creative thinking, and a solid grounding in data and rationale
- Interest in emerging trends, technologies, and influencers in the B2C Consumer industry
- Fluent English
