В инвестиционную компанию БКС Мир Инвестиций открыта вакансия Influencer Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the outreach, negotiation, and onboarding of influencers, ensuring partnerships deliver maximum value for both the brand and the influecner’s audience;
- Manage and execute advertising campaigns on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, adhering to the approved strategy and ensuring all campaign deliverables are met;
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and continuous recommendations for optimization;
- Conduct regular research to discover new influencer channels, meeting monthly KPIs to expand and diversify the influencer portfolio;
- Evaluate and assess influencer alignment ensuring strategic fit with campaign goals and financial objectives;
- Offer creative solutions and strategies to enhance campaign outcomes and drive better results;
- Maintain professional and clear communication in English;
- Plan and manage day-to-day tasks, ensuring deadlines for advertising campaigns are met and keeping the team updated on negotiations, campaign progress, and payments;
- Asses performance, calculate and confirm payments based on CPP and CPA models Requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing;
- Excellent English;
- Proven success in influencer research, outreach, negotiation, and managing influencer campaigns;
- Proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns;
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of relevant influencer marketing metrics;
- Strong ability to assess influencer fit for brand collaborations and maintain productive relationships;
- Performance-oriented, with a deep understanding of key metrics and strategies for optimization.
