About the role:
- The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Focus is continually championing and optimizing TikTok LIVE by working with creators to ensure a creative, fun, and safe space for all of users
- In this role you will build a world-class team and set the vision and strategy for bringing additional higher-quality content onto TikTok LIVE. You will run a sales team responsible for recruiting LIVE influencers into influencer management portfolio. In addition, you'll run an account management team responsible for growing current creator's revenue and content on the platform. You will establish value proposition and work with product, operations, PR/Comms, marketing, programming, and policy teams on ways company can support, innovate and effectively grow content ecosystem
Responsibilities:
- Leadership through mentorship and data-driven decision-making; developing your team to flawlessly execute to hit project-based and long-term company targets. Foster a culture of metrics-driven success
- Ensure creator needs are met to create positive, long-term relationships
- Partner with cross-functional teams to answer high-priority strategic questions and contribute to a culture of learning and sharing by regularly reporting performance results, learnings and new approaches for partner acquisition and mangement
- Leverage data & insights to inform strategy, development and monetization across multiple formats and creator groups. Create impact by identifying trends, brainstorming aspirational ideas, and engaging with partners to match their strengths with platform's unique needs
- Promote a culture of creativity that supports and enables creators, publishers and artists and enables them to pursue their creative freedom
Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of experience in the livestream related industry or content creation industry. Key account sales management experience or channel sales management experience is also acceptable
- Has rich experience in team management, and has rich experience in building teams and setting assessment indicators. Experience working in multinational company management and experience in multinational team management is a plus
- Have a deep understanding of the content monetization industry, and have successful experience in creator operations and event operations
- Proficient in financial report analysis, very familiar with financial budgets and have a deep understanding of financial indicators
- A history of repeatedly hitting commercial targets
- Logical and data-driven problem solver who can down complex issues into their component parts
- Project management skills that enable you to drive cross-functional projects from idea to complete
- Prior experience in community building with deep understanding of social and online platforms
- Fluent in the Turkish Language is a must for the role
