Google is actively recruiting an Industry Manager (Domestic).
Responsibilities:
Grow the Google’s Russian domestic business.
Define the retail pod portfolio strategy by analyzing data, trends, client’s performance, business models and identifying opportunities that allow Google to capture new budgets while driving a step change in the effectiveness of client businesses.
Lead project team of account managers, strategists, and analytical consultants.
Create transformational goals for each customer translating business plans into quarterly tactics and execution in collaboration with account managers, strategists, and analytical staff.
Prepare and conduct strategic pitches and consultative presentations, and establish and nurture C-level relationships with advertisers, their agencies, and ecosystem.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in business development, sales, and client-relationship management.
Ability to speak English and Russian fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in online-platforms or for clients with an online performance focus.
Experience in running digital marketing activities and business expansion.
Knowledge of digital marketing.
Excellent problem solving, analytical, and persuasion skills, combined with good business judgment and experience presenting solutions to senior-level audiences.
Ability to work autonomously and with cross-functional teams.
