Schneider Electric is looking for an Industrial Automation Department Head and MMM Segment Leader. This role which combines leading end-user sales team and leading Mining, Minerals and Metals (MMM) Segment.
The objective of this role will be to:
Generate sales of Industrial Automation basket through direct end-user approach
Define & execute strategy to advance business in MMM segment to sell all SE portfolio
Partner with global segment team and zone leadership driving the internal collaboration and ensure positive delivery against growth targets, increasing market share and profitability
The following will be critical for success:
Demonstrated and extensive experience in the Russian MMM sector as a provider of solutions and services
A successful track record of effective account management and ability to close significant deals
Experience in building value proposition to customers and utilizing marketing tools to promote it
Familiarity with the processes, pain points, constraints and opportunities within MMM, mean that the status of trusted partner is established, enabling creative solutions to critical issues
Be pragmatic, highly adaptable, agile and comfortable operating in a highly matrix environment which invariably presents ambiguous scenarios at times
Solid English written and verbal communication skills will be complemented by sound negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
