Impulse Head has the responsibility to develop and drive profitable impulse business within Russia and strengthen Danone market position. Impulse Head ensures the implementation of the national impulse strategy, control regions and action plans delivery.
In this role you will:
- Develops impulse sales channel strategy
- Ensures right portfolio management in Impulse channel
- Analyzes external market and benchmarks: ongoing evaluation of the market, proposition of the effective business model
- Responsible for execution of impulse business plan, consumers activation
- Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and achievement of customer service delivery targets
- Develop relations with Key HoReCa, Impulse clients and distributors, tender channel
- Building relations, strong networking and effective negotiations with state and social structures
- Responsible for NPD and promotion products for Impulse channel
- Responsible for initiating and closing special volumes-oriented deals and ensuring effective execution and achievement of the targets
- Works closely with Marketing, SC, Finance, R&I to ensure targets achievement and channel development
- Responsible for channel budgetary control at national level – ensuring operations are within budgets
- Develop product scope for all Impulse channels, for category development.
- Leads and develops team
Feel free to apply if you have:
- High Degree
- At least 3-5 years Experience in Sales/Trade marketing, Distributor Management, Key account Management
- Minimum 3 years proven successful experience in FMCG AFH (on-trade/HoReCa) sales, business development
- Experience at other industries is an advantage
- Knowledge of the market and dairy product specific is an advantage
- High Growth agility, strong Grit and result orientation
- Strong strategic vision
- Knowledge of NPD process
- Strong Analytical skills
- Channel development management at master level
- Strong stakeholders management and negotiation skills
- Strong people management skills
- Fluent English
