Your Role and Responsibilities:
— Primary responsibility of this role is new contracts signing and contract renewals,
— Secondary responsibility is quality of services management.
— His/her performance is measurement by signings and revenue targets attainment.
— Work directly with clients and in sales teams to identify, progress and close software services opportunities.
— Work with operations specialists, IBM legal and other functions to prepare contract in accordance with customer requirements.
— Work with project teams to control quality of services delivery and customer satisfaction.
