В крупный китайский FMCG-производитель Midea Group требуется Human Resources Manager.

 

The company is looking for a hands-on Manager of Human Resource to oversee all aspects of human resources in the Business Unit in Russia.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire employee life cycle — from recruiting to offboarding
  • Work on HR strategies that both follow HQ general guidelines and support Russia company business objectives
  • Establish performance management programs and processes that drive individual and team performance
  • Ensure seamless delivery of HR services to the organization and further develop and implement HR processes and policies
  • Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages that comply with local labor laws and market standards
  • Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring full compliance and mitigation of any potential legal risks
  • Proactively advise managers and employees during organizational transformation and growth
  • Participate in regional HR projects
  • Promote a positive work culture

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • +10 years of proven experience in managing HR functions in multinational companies with a strong presence in Russia Market
  • In-depth knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and HR practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development
  • Ability to translate business goals into effective HR strategies
  • Resilient, confident and positive personality with an international mindset and hands-on mentality
  • Fluent English
  • Cross culture experience and team management experience preferred

 

Conditions:
