The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting/staffing, onboarding, HR admin and people management, operational activities of C&B
- Hiring new staff, labor contracts, add agreements preparation
- Control of attendance, vacations, business trips...etc
- Control over the occupational safety of employees, military registration
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and labor legislation
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
- Arrange interviews and support recruitment process
- Facilitate relevant policies based on organizational strategy development and business needs
- Support all HR initiatives, systems and tactics, take part in HR-processes
- Maintain an efficient reporting
Qualifications:
- Higher education
- Minimum 3 year of relevant HR experience
- Mastering 1C HR process
- Intermedieate English (obligatory)
- Willing to develop in other HR areas
