There are positions of HR Generalists open for two regions. The purpose of the position would be to support HR in the region region and align regional HR processes with global HR strategy of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- To participate in all current processes in the region such as: recruitment, on-boarding, motivation, review, retention, rotation, dismissals, succession planning. To ensure Global processes and procedures in those areas are properly adapted to the local needs
- To support recruitment in the region with job postings and candidates selection if there is a load of 7+ vacancies or managerial vacancies are required to be filled
- To coordinate internal competitions for Leadership positions and ensure process is driven according to company’s practices (standard selection criteria and stages, timely feedback to all the candidates, transparency of the end-to-end process)
- To support local Admins in any newly implemented projects like new offices launch, new market practice research and implementation, restructuring, salary review etc.
- To roll out regional initiatives to global level where appropriate
- To take active part in global HR projects and activities
- To coordinate L&D, eNPS and other global HR initiatives roll-out for the regions
Qualifications:
- Higher education
- 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with distant hiring and international markets will be a heavy plus
- English: upper-intermediate or higher (critical must)
