Тhe leading international manufacturer and supplier of roofing, waterproofing, thermal insulation and sound absorption materials is seeking a Human Resources Director.
Responsibilities
Audit of the current HR system of the company, development of measures to improve the efficiency of HR
Improvement of the motivation system
Organization of effective work of all HR processes of the company:
— organization and control of personnel selection;
— planning of the number of personnel, formation of the personnel reserve;
— organization of the employee adaptation process;
— organization of the learning and development process;
— conducting C&B;
— development of the company’s corporate culture and internal communications.
Qualifications
Good knowledge of Russian and English languages is a must
Good knowledge of Polish language (or good knowledge of German language for location in Frankfurt am Main)
University degree in economics/technical sciences/personnel management
Work experience in a large company (production & sales) as HR Director/HR BP for at least 5 years;
Knowledge of all areas of HR work;
Knowledge of current trends in the field of personnel management, the presence of successfully
Implemented projects in the field of C&B, change management, training and development.
