Qualifications:
- University graduate from related departments i.e. Economy, BA, Labor Economy and Industrial Relations
- Min. 2 years of total experience in HR functions of manufacturing companies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially in PowerPoint, Excel
- Experience in Social Security, Ministry of Labor, Unemployment Agency relations and processes
- Competency in planning, time management, data analysis
- Strong in people relations and communication
- Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic work-environment
- Strong presentation and reporting skills
Job Description:
- Performing recruitment process for white/blue collars employees in line
- Having active role in all ongoing and developing HR projects as performance management, engagement and discipline process
- Preparing the required reports related to HR topics
- Provide support and guidance to operations and functions about HR processes
- Supporting employee relations and internal communication process
