Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner in Moscow City, Russia. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor and employment laws
  • Experience in employee relations and performance management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with top management
  • Knowledge of and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification or equivalent qualification is a plus
  • Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is a plus

 

Conditions:

  • Employment in full compliance with the Russian Labor Code
  • Work schedule is 5/2
  • Salary will be discussed with the successful candidate
  • Reporting to HR Director
