HONOR ищет Human Resources Business Partner.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate fundamental HR concepts, policies, programs, practices, and procedures to clients to ensure an understanding of and compliance with HR requirements within the company
  • Sales team compensation and performance management to ensure the accuracy of data, and to improve employee efficiency and satisfaction from the human side through data analysis and problem discovery
  • Ensures uniform employment practices throughout the organization in compliance with government-mandated policies, laws, or other governing employment regulations or procedures as applicable
  • Monitor and track frontline individual performance and execute action based decisions in alignment with the brand heads
  • Provides employee relations support, including performance management, to management by communicating HR-related policy, procedure, and initiatives to specific client group(s)
  • Conduct independent employee relations-related investigations as required
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees as appropriate. Prepares documentation as needed
  • Participates, as needed, in support of recruiting and selecting qualified candidates, including offer creation
  • Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
  • Review exit interviews for departing employees. Evaluate and identify issues and concerns; make recommendations for improvements and propose resolutions
  • Do a good job in team atmosphere management and continuously activate the vitality of the team

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 3 - 5 years of experience preferred in HR or related field
  • Broad technical knowledge of the laws and regulations surrounding human resources policies and practices in the assigned country
  • Excellent human relations and people-sensitive skills with the ability to interact effectively with various levels of employees, including management
  • Sensitive to data, ability to use data processing tools well
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the chinese language
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be able to work under constant deadlines and have the ability to handle multiple duties
