Yango is looking for an HR Business Partner to support the business and employees across all HR functions, developing and implementing HR projects in line with business needs. Apply if you have 3-5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of local employment law, and fluency in Hebrew and English.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively support the business and employees across all HR functions
- Develop and implement HR projects in line with business needs
- Develop and implement an onboarding system
- Help with employee assessment cycles and calibration sessions, providing post-assessment processes
- Provide support for reorganizations and structural changes
- Help and support employees in terms of motivation, training, development, career growth, and more
- Collaborate with related departments within the company
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in an HR BP role
- Experience in C&B and L&D project delivery
- Knowledge of local employment law
- Team-first approach
- High comfort level when it comes to dealing with ambiguity
- Capability of interpreting non-verbal communication and understanding cultural nuances
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hebrew and English proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
