TikTok is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support its Global Business Solutions team.
This role will be instrumental in building out and developing our market presence as we continue to rapidly grow throughout the region. This is a Full-time position located in Moscow, Russia.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the point of contact for the recruiting organization to assist employees with human resources, talent acquisition, and support team development.
Ability to effectively strategically partner with multiple international stakeholders in a diverse and complex organization.
Proactively assess team and employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
Partner closely with other HR colleagues across learning & development, compensation, HRIS, and other HR programs teams to implement solutions.
Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and individual contributors.
Ability to manage the overall performance summary cycle processes.
Champion company culture and employee engagement.
Drive reoccurring team meetings and provide 1:1 feedback, as necessary.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience within a Human Resources Business Partner or equivalent role.
Experience with a focus on performance management, employee relations, and data analytics/reporting.
Demonstrated project management and change management experience with the ability to drive programs independently.
Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.
Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships/partnerships at all levels of the organization.
BA/BS degree or equivalent years of HR-related experience.
