Responsibilities:
- Development and optimization of labor policy countrywide
- HR documents updating and actualization according to local law and business needs
- Development and optimization of HR administration processes, monitoring their execution (hiring, dismissals, transfers, vacations, business trips, etc.)
- Maintaining staff lists, timesheets, vacation schedule
- Methodological support to the HR departments in all Business units
- HR document flow
- Policies updating, Org.structure changing, other projects
Job Requirement:
- Higher education
- Work experience in HR admin at least 5 years (at least 2 years of work experience in an international company, with a distributed offices network), with a staff not less than 300 employees
- Knowledge of the Labor legislation of the Russian Federation
- Expertise with various working schedules, summarized working time
- Fluency in PC (Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel)
- Ability to works in 1C ZUP 8.3
- Experience in working with the Federal Migration Service, Federal Tax Service, Russian Pension Fund
- English language not lower than upper-intermediate
- Knowledge of the Chinese language will be strong advantage
