Due to the expansion and active development of our company abroad, we have opened a competition for the unique position of International HRG.
Responsibilities:
- Organization and control of HR processes (recruitment, adaptation, training)
- Strategic planning of recruitment and filling positions
- Developing and implementing the team's competency development plan
- Measuring the employee engagement index and caring for the team atmosphere
- Creating a favorable environment for employee development
- Analysis of the causes of turnover and development of measures to reduce it
- HR budget management and deviation analysis
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Work experience of at least 3 years in an international HRG/HRBP position
- Upper-Intermediate English is obligatory; Chinese is desirable but not required
- Ability to analyze data and develop HR strategies
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- Independence, multitasking, result-oriented
