Unilever is currently hiring for a HRBP.
Key Accountabilities:
- Land the signed-off Ice Cream People Strategy and Agenda in the Supply Chain (SC) factories
- Work together with the respective stakeholders to plan and execute factory specific People Agenda (for Konya and Çorlu IC factories) as well as execute global people plans for SC Teams
- Align with IC BG and IC MET BU on the Annual Workforce Planning
- Lead the factory Diversity & Inclusion strategy with IC MET HR Director, track and performance manage the gender balance for the cluster against targets
- Ensure regular and healthy tracking of SC people metrics on the IC BG, IC BU and Country level, highlight actions for BU Supply Chain, BU
- Leadership and HR Leadership teams
- Provide people cost forecasts for factories
- Lead HR initiatives with the Factory Leadership Team such as monthly talent discussions, Open Job Posting (OJP) approach, Future-Fit-Plan coaching and other customized development actions for key talent.
- Raise call-to-actions to the Factory Leadership teams (annual leave, UniVoice, other working sessions)
- Manage Union relations and be the active member of “Collective Agreement” process, make sure that processes are inline with the “Collective Agreement”
- Lead Factory HR presentations for high-profile visits
- Give direction to the Factory HR teams, Talent Partners and People Experience Lead when needed, manage escalations
- Cascade Global HR practices & projects to the factories
- Be an HRLT Member, support HR Manager- level regardless of their responsibility and provide guidance when asked for
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Industrial Relations, Union Relations experience
- HR Business Partnering experience
- Fluent in English and Turkish
