В международную компанию-трейдер зерна AGS Foods требуется HRBP.

 

AGS Foods is a fast growing international grain trader established in 2016 and now operating globally with the head office in Dubai, UAE and trade offices in Turkey, Russia, and Tanzania. The company serves 26 destinations and collaborate with 250 partners across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. And there is more to come! In line with the strategic global expansion, the company is on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic International HR Manager | Recruiter to join the team. This is a remote work position, with occasional travel to UAE, Turkey other locations

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute comprehensive international recruitment strategies tailored to the agriculture sector, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent
  • Develop and implement onboarding processes that accommodate diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring a seamless integration experience for new team members
  • Establish HR practices compliant with local labor laws in various markets, with a particular focus on Turkey and Kazakhstan, ensuring alignment with global standards
  • Serve as a strategic HR partner, providing guidance on HR matters, employee relations, and performance management across the global locations
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity in communication and HR practices
  • Spearhead initiatives fostering a positive remote work culture and implement tools to enhance engagement among geographically dispersed teams
  • Be prepared for occasional travel to Russia, UAE, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Tanzania, and other international locations for recruitment, onboarding, and HRBP activities
  • Leverage HRIS and other technological tools to streamline HR processes, enhance communication, and ensure efficient collaboration across global locations
  • Manage employee relations matters and conflict resolution effectively, considering the multicultural nature of the workforce

 

Qualifications and Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven international recruitment experience, demonstrating success in sourcing top-tier talent. Experience in the agriculture, food&beverages sectors would be an advantage but not mandatory
  • Willingness to get involved into an HR Business Partner tasks, while being supported by HRD of the company
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting HR metrics and navigating through complex unstructured environment
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage tasks from inception to completion
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science, Economics, Management or a related field
  • Understanding of local labor laws and HR practices in any of the regions of the presence would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a valuable asset
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a periodic basis
