Your Footprint as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner Will Be:
- Search, screen, and select the best candidates for high-level positions that are key to the success of Zero Density. You will be the starting point that will determine if they are a match, fully qualified, and passionate about the position
- Bring your Talent Acquisition skills with a focus on “Niche Talent Sourcing” for global recruitment processes. This will include Head-Hunting, Talent Mapping, and Lead Generation
- Assess your stakeholders’ most pressing needs and organizational goals
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing approach or techniques by using a variety of channels and presenting detailed candidate profile summaries at the closing date
- Be the first interviewer for candidates. Be deeply in touch with their hiring managers and their needs, saving them valuable time
- Bring your proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Assess job descriptions and additional assessments based on in-take calls with the hiring managers
- Develop sustainable candidate talent pools & define strategies for healthy pipelines
- Know how to use the right tools for assessing the candidates
- Conduct the appropriate background, reference, and/or credit checks to ensure that candidates are fit for the role
- Be the business partner of our Global Accounts and manage end to end HR functions beside TA for those accounts
What Would You Need to Succeed?
- Full-cycle technical recruiting and sourcing experience
- In-house recruiting experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology, human resource management, or similar preferred
- Global placements are a plus
- Professional networking skills are a must
- Experience with ATS tools, HR software, recruiting software, and MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Critical thinker and problem-solver
- Experience in the management of suppliers, sourcing channels and the huge ecosystem for TA
- Precise and detail-oriented, prepared for an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
- Confidentiality and trust when conducting background checks and distributing sensitive information
- Persistent and persuasive with top recruits
- Interpersonal skills with an interest in conversing with different people from unique backgrounds
- Professional English required
