Job Responsibilities:
- Promote the implementation of human resource strategies and promote the effective planning and implementation of human resource strategies in business departments
- Participate in the formulation of comprehensive HR solutions to provide support for the development of the organization, including recruitment, training, performance assessment, and employee relations
- Establish effective communication channels to ensure the smooth flow of information in the organization
- Create an organizational atmosphere of trust and openness, and promote the construction of corporate culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 3+ years of HR experience, proficient in 1-2 models of human resources
- Familiarity with the daily management of HR workflow
- Understanding of various HR management tools and technologies
- Have a strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, good learning ability
- Quick thinking, good oral and written communication skills
- English, Mandarin, Russian
