Tasks
The main functionality consists of hiring, transferring, dismissal of employees, including labor books entries and filing, and other HR operations processes. Optimization and control over HR Admin and Payroll, control compliance with Labor Safety and Labor Relations legislation, organization and leading of medical examinations.
Requirements
The successful candidate has 3+ years of HR operations experience, perfect knowledge of the Labor Law, Payroll and HRIS and knows how to use it in practice. Knowledge of Workday, 1C, SAP is an advantage.Advanced English level is a must.
