Responsibilities:
Support Business and act as advisor for management and employees on all HR-related issues providing strategic oversight and advisory for the whole range of business objectives
Release and implement corporate HR strategies, objectives and processes in the local market environment
Drive all HR processes in full compliance with the company policies and standards, including staffing, talent management, recruitment, selection, on-boarding, training, development, performance management, remuneration, culture, employee and industrial relations, organization design, etc., activities
Build efficient partner relationships with leads and managers across the organization
Participate in business restructuring initiatives, support organizational changes as will be necessary
Ensure that all human resource activities comply with local legislative requirements
Labour law incl. Admin, SOPs, Work safety support
Requirements/Competencies:
Customer focus and business acumen (internal and external)
5+ years of HR management experience (including pharma area) — HRBP/HR Dir
Experience with the modern HR management facets with a strong focus on advanced talent management practices: attraction, recruitment, integration and engagement of diverse talents
Successful organization transformation experience
Experience in employee relations
Ability and experience in working in the matrix
Solid knowledge in Labor Legislation
Project Management and Change Management Skills
Strong Business Insight
Strong Time Management and Priorities Management Skills
Excellent relationship-building skills
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Fluent in Russian and English.
