Mission:
- Human Resources Business Partnering for Online business
- HR process management in domain: recruitment, onboarding, training, development, HiPo development domain team
Responsibilities:
- Planning, development and coordination of recruitment and selection Units strategy
- Support in employees adaptation
- Planning, implementation of T&D Strategy
- Implementation of HiPO development programs, participation in HiPo assessment
- Development strategically business competencies
- Implementation and support corporate culture, leadership culture
- Development of engagement and satisfaction of employees
- HR budgeting
- Research and implementation HR best practices in the market
Requirements:
- Work experience in a similar position at least 5 years (retail, tech business, e-commerce)
- Knowledge of labor legislation, excellent PC skills
- Possession and knowledge of recruitment, T&D, HiPo, assessment
- Communication skills, responsibility, result orientation
- Values: innovativeness, readiness for multitasking, systemic vision
- Change management
