BAT Costa Rica is searching for HRBR Executive.
Responsibility:
- Drive all the requirements generated at the end market related to HR in order to solve the employee’s necessities
- Implement the strategy of the HR function at the end market in order to assure the business strategy alignment and to support the business outcome scope
- Supervise the policies fulfillment generated by Human Resources in the assigned markets in order to assure their accomplishment
- Supervise the recruitment programs, selection, development, and compensation of the employees in order to assure that accomplish and preserve the best talent
- Advise all the Line Managers in the company in the employees’ decisions (hiring, dismissals, succession,
etc.) in order to assure that the decision is based on the business requirements and the employee’s benefit - Check the payroll process in order to assure that there are no mistakes to guarantee the correct payment to the employees
- Give support and advice to the managers at each function related to policies and procedures in order to assure the correct fulfillment and adequate support to the employees in the market
- Implement change processes and communication that assures the best relations between the managers and the employees to obtain an agreed organizational climate according to the business needs
- Contribute to labor conflict resolutions at the assigned markets in order to guarantee a policy agreement between the parties involved
Experience Required:
- Ideally with experience in FMCGs companies
- 4+ years of experience in HR field (HRBP, compensation and benefits, development and training and administration of HR)
- Travel availability (Nicaragua y Panama)
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required:
- Ability to align and motive teams to achieve shared goals
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, being able to get your point across concisely
- Capacity to demonstrate thought leadership and able to influence at all levels in the organization
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required:
- Professional degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering
- English – Level B2: Can speak fluently and spontaneously
- Advanced Microsoft Office package (Excel, Power Point)
- Knowledge of Success Factor system Tool (desirable)
- Knowledge of the labor laws of the assigned countries (Costa Rica, Nicaragua y Panama)
- Driver License B1
- American Visa (desirable)
