Adidas is searching for HRBP (corporate back office).
In the role you will be the first point of contact on everything HR for employees in your dedicated functions. The role is strategic partner to Department Head and management staff to support the business in delivering on key activities as well as key member of HR Team in implementation of adidas People strategy.
General Activities:
- Responsible HR business partner for several business divisions
- All HR processes with focus on talent management/ talent development
- Reports to HR Director Office
- Responsible for leadership & talent development, performance culture, internal trainings, employee engagement, conflict mitigations, restructuring, rewards topics
General Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in HR, Economics or equivalent
- Talent management focus is an advantage
- Required work experience of at least 5 years as HR business partner, and at least 8 years in HR overall, preferably from a well-known brand name company (industry doesn't matter)
- Results-oriented, pro-active, client-oriented, organized, willing to develop in HR
- English upper-intermediate+
- Advanced user of excel and powerpoint
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
