GUCCI is seeking an HR Specialist.
Duties:
Conducting the full cycle of the recruitment process for corporate and fashion business divisions: from new opening to final placement, including job description completion, external and internal job postings, search and pre-selection, leading the process with job holders, approval of job offer and feedback passing to all applicants;
Organization and leading of the internal candidates’ search process;
Various HR KPIs reports completion according to management needs and demands;
Leading and implementing of Integration for New Hires;
Presenting the company on different events related to attraction of students and graduates;
Design and implementation of internal training sessions (ex, Interviewing skills);
Adapting the modules developed and launched by Head office in Italy (Onboarding, Managerial skills, other);
Cooperation with external training providers on all questions related to special program development in the frame of business demands / global priorities and in accordance with training budget;
Participation in Performance Appraisal and Talent Management processes for all company;
Leading and launching the projects in order to foster open communication and increase loyalty of the employees;
Participation in other HR operational staff.
