Responsibilities:
Leading and development of all HR projects
Attraction of talented recruits to internal and clients’ positions, onboarding, competence and performance evaluation, employees’ relations
HR records management
Consulting internal and external clients on labour legislation
Working on Employer brand strengthening
Planning HR initiatives
Requirements:
Strong experience in recruiting in different spheres, incl. executive search
Good knowledge of labour legislation
5+ years of HR-related experience of working in international companies
Fluent English (C1)
Strong interpersonal skills
Good organizational skills
Experience in HR consulting will be an advantage
