Job Purpose
The HR Professional is a lead HR business partner with the primary responsibility of planning and leading the HR function at the Admin Area level. Coordinates and delivers HR services to their assigned organization in line with Admin Area management, senior BL/SL management and corporate HR strategies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • DUTY1 / effort % (020): Implements the organizations vision and mission, develops or implement an internal HR strategy that is aligned to the organization's goals and objectives
  • DUTY2 / effort % (020): Develops functional requirements of custom HR applications implement HR policies, guidelines and procedures
  • DUTY3 / effort % (010): Makes significant contributions to the development of HR strategy and policies
  • DUTY4 / effort % (010): Recommends and executes plans related to improving employee engagement in the organization
  • DUTY5 / effort % (010): Verifies the implementation of existing, Corporate and departmental HR regulations, legislation and policies
  • DUTY6 / effort % (010): Recommends new approaches, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and HR services performed
  • DUTY7 / effort % (010): Identifies deviations, advises on personnel issues and helps implement approved solutions
  • DUTY8 / effort % (010): Reviews patents & prototype portfolios with BL employees if required

 

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Educational Level: Bachelors, Degree Title: Bachelor of Science, Discipline Title: Business and Management, Field Title: Business Administration
  • Degree Title: Bachelor of Science, Discipline Title: Business and Management, Field Title: Human Resource Management
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 10

Certificates:

  • Title: CIPD (Chatered Institute of Personnel Development), Req./Pref.: Required, Comments-Nature of Cert./License Relations: Completion of SHRM-SCP; or SPHR; or CIPD Level 7; or other Int. equivalent cert
  • Title: PHR (Professional in Human Resources), Req./Pref.: Required, Comments-Nature of Cert./License Relations: Completion of SHRM-SCP; or SPHR; or CIPD Level 7; or other Int. equivalent cert
  • Title: SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management), Req./Pref.: Required, Comments-Nature of Cert./License Relations: Completion of SHRM-SCP; or SPHR; or CIPD Level 7; or other Int. equivalent cert
