The HR process analyst is responsible for coordinating, planning and managing the enhancement of the core HR System landscape and own business process mapping for the People&Culture Division. This role will evaluate, design, execute, measure, monitor and control business processes that impact employee lifecycle, identify and design opportunities for improvement, identify associated change impacts and business requirements and develop supporting materials required to ‘run’ the processes. Maintain data quality throughout all HR systems and improve existing workflows.
What are you going to do:
- Partner with internal team members to develop long-term scalable solutions that help improve HR processes and streamline user experience
- Build consensus around business processes, business rules, workflows and design. Translate business objectives and user needs into clearly written requirements. Automate and Optimize Workflows
- Provide governance to processes that impact the employee lifecycle and oversee all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives
- [Document workflows] Create and maintain documentation on HR Processes (all current people processes, encompassing new hire pre-boarding through end-of-life cycle transition), configuration, and other materials
- Act as a skilled Project Manager for people system upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts
HRIS:
- Work with cross-functional partners to define business requirements and map core HR processes such as on-boarding/off-boarding, compensation, job assignments and changes, performance management, etc. to configure automated work flows within HRIS ZOHO for seamless interoperability
- Perform content loading, set-up, testing and trouble shooting in order to ensure smooth integration. Support all upgrades, configuration change processes for system enhancements
- Provide day to day management and actively oversee the skills and development within the HRIS team
- Drive process improvements, document processes and user guides, and create and deliver reports
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance on complex issues to end users; respond to employee issues and communicate status across the ZOHO and PnC Teams and relevant stakeholders
- Lead User Acceptance Testing for implementations, releases, upgrades and enhancements
- Accountable for system governance, ensuring end users data integrity and system stability; manages access and security levels of system users; and ensures compliance with all applicable global regulations, etc. and any required compliance reports
- Develop and modify reports, business processes, and dashboards for leadership and HR
- [Maintain Data Consistency & Accuracy] Ensuring the information stored in the database is up-to-date and accurate
- Help the HR Function leverage data analytics to inform the design of programs and measure their success against stated goals and objectives
- Partner with IT to integrate HRIS with other business applications, manage security assignments, and user access
Wishes:
- 3+ years’ experience mapping business processes
- 3+ years’ experience working with HR technology and systems
- Must have knowledge of Business Processes, Process Mapping, Process Optimization
- HRIS (ZOHO/SAP/Workday etc) functional configuration experience (Core HCM, learning, performance, recruiting, benefits)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a thorough knowledge of process principles
- Constant improvement approach to all business processes
- Experience managing complex technical projects
- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
- Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders, managers in other functional areas and directors in own functional area
- Experience with implementing enhancements and providing creative solutions in both structured and unstructured environments
- A high degree of personal integrity and maturity including the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Flexibility and willingness to scale from tactical to strategic
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, responsive, and able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of HR practices, reporting, and analytics
