The People Partners team at Godel Technologies focuses on developing a positive employee experience that enables people to do their job perfectly and stay happy and inspired. Day-to-day Responsibilities
Be a friendly and data-informed People Partner
Build trusted relationships throughout the organization
Navigating and resolving employee relation issues
Constantly monitor employees’ happiness rating
Anticipate and communicate peoples’ needs and recommend feasible, impactful solutions
Advise Godel managers and clients on people-related issues
Help managers to identify and solve risk that results in employees’ retention and motivation
Strengthen and support the company internal HR brand and internal communications
Steward programs and culture
Support and improve core HR processes (onboarding, evaluation, recognition, exit)
Participating in programs that help to develop our People
Gather feedback from across the organization to continuously improve and iterate on programs and processes.
Here’s What We’re Looking For
You have experience as HR People Partner, or HR Generalist, or HR BP or Retention specialist, preferably in the technology industry
You are respected for being a thoughtful, smart, open-minded, initiative, positive individual eager to learn
You love fast-paced, get-things-done environments that complement your ability to prioritize and use data to proceed with your decisions
You are a holistic and creative problem solver
You have Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal) both in English and Russian
You clearly understand core HR processes and their business value
You have experience in establishing and strengthening positive work culture.
