Greenpeace International (GPI) is seeking a highly experienced HR Partner, who has extensive experience in change management and organisational development, and is passionate about the power of people and our environment.
This position will be based internationally as the People and Culture department is responsible for all HR aspects of the approximately 300 employees; where more than half of our staff are working dispersed around the world and others are based in Amsterdam.
This full time position (flexible) is structural and a one-year contract is offered initially. Location may be at one of the Greenpeace Organisations with preference for Africa, Brazil, Asia or Russia (subject to agreement and relevant visa requirements.). Because remuneration is dependent on location, this can be discussed during the application process.
As a HR Partner, you will be part of the GPI People and Culture department and have a client focus, with a portfolio, consisting of several departments. You will be reporting to the GPI Head of People and Culture. You will need to understand every aspect of the organisation and understand the interdependency with regards to people and organisational topics in an international context.
