Job Description:
Partnering:
- Be the initial point of contact for all HR related issues and processes within the respective departments
- Organize HR related work within the respective area in accordance with the common objectives of the company’s development and specific policy areas in order to reach the efficiency and professional improvement of the employees
- Take part in personnel planning, organizational structure questions; Take part in budget preparation process and control its execution within the areas of responsibility in accordance with the costs harmonization procedure approved by the company
- Manage and control the processes of recruitment and onboarding within the respective area; Take part in development, implementation, further enhancement of Company recruitment system, ensure its strong execution
- Manage the recruitment process by working together with the managers on identifying needs, understanding vacancy profiles, taking part in the selection process, ensuring vacant positions are filled timely; Drive the Performance cycle within the respective area; work closely with stakeholders to differentiate performance; recommend actions for rewarding strong performance; implement the performance culture as agreed at the country level, engage employees into Performance Cycle process
- Coordinate the Compensation Cycle for the employees as per Company guidance; Be responsible for conducting regular talent review and developing & implementation an action plan to retain high potential in the organization
- Identify development needs together with managers and ensure development and implementation individual development plans for the employees; Monitor participation of the employees in Employee Experience Survey; communicate the results, support the development and execution of an action plan together with Leaders of respective departments
- Manage resignations, use exit interview and other tools to retain solid and key employees and to improve the internal company brand
- Take part in preparation, monitoring and review of HR KPIs related to HR performance of the designated departments, and overall HR organization, to ensure aligned strategic direction
- Take part in development and implementation of the company’s policies and standardized procedures on human resources and monitor its compliance within the area of responsibility; suggest current process improvements
- Take part in HR projects development, including preparation and delivery of the necessary data in frames of the projects in time upon the manager's request; provide execution of HR department projects within the area of the own responsibility
- Be an active team member of the country and regional HR network, initiate the implementation of market best practices
- Communicate HR information and updates and important HR decisions to all the employees within the respective area
- Implement internal control over company’s & employees’ compliance with the Russian Federation legislation on personal data, including the requirements on the protection of personal data
Operations management:
- Collaborate with Rewards and Benefits, Global Mobility, Workday support colleagues regarding operational projects and share best practice and ensure alignment on global policy and processes
- Be a center of expertise for colleagues within respective areas (compensation, benefits, insurance administration, reporting, well-being, Workday)
- Review and enhance of all company benefits to ensure sustainability and competitive relevance
- Manage proper and compliant execution of annual compensation planning and incentive calculation process
- Prepare compensation and benefits proposals for employees and candidates in specific cases
- Manage relations with compensation and benefits vendors
- Manage compensation and benefits policies and procedures, ensure their proper update
- Participate in relevant industry remuneration and benefit surveys if applicable
- Monitor KPIs at country level, participate in regional projects
- Ensure WD usage excellence and be an advisor for HR team and other colleagues on that matter
- Develop framework and action plans to support the company strategy to attract, motivate, and retain top talents
