А well-established international company is seeking an HR Operations Leader.
Your main tasks will be managing HR Shared Services team in Russia to deliver high-quality and cost-efficient core operational HR Services : talent acquisition, on-boarding, employee data management, C&B administration, HR administration, L&D administration, time and attendance, leave management etc.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop HR Shared Services team (~ 10 subordinates);
Ensure stakeholder management in Russia and Ukraine, functional and regional HR leaders;
Represent HR in change management and process migrations where applicable;
Align service delivery with laws, regulations, and corporate policies;
Design and deliver training / education sessions for employees, human resources professionals, supervisors and managers;
Champion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes, as well identification of improvement opportunities;
Ensure accurate use of vendor management of human resource services providers within assigned areas.
Requirements:
Higher University degree;
Fluent English is a must;
5+ years of HR Operations Management experience preferably with a large international company (1000 — 5000 employees in Russia), previous experience in HR Shared Service Center Management is highly desirable;
Strong leadership skills, 2+ years of experience in managing teams (10+ subordinates);
Previous experience in one or more HR service areas such as recruitment, HR Administration, payroll and benefits administration;
Excellent stakeholder relationships management skills;
Change management skills and ability to manage and implement HR processes and client focused solutions, proven record of implementation and optimization of processes and metrics;
Advanced MSOffice user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with modern HRIS, previous experience with SAP Success Factors is a plus;
Good knowledge of Russian labor law and experience in HR compliance;
Business acumen and Business partnership mindset.
