An online English school for kids Novakid is hiring an HR Operations Head.
Responsibilities:
Describes, supports, develops and automates HR processes — planning / registration and hiring / onboarding;
Describes and creates new processes for training and adaptation: 360 degree evaluation about the employee’s first month, including employees’ feedback;
Supports / develops/ maintains — Teams / Personnel planning file;
Supports / develops/ maintains — Payroll that includes Grades, Positions;
Distributes tasks among recruiters, automates, processes and analyzes recruitment statistics
Develops regulations for the use of recruitment software/describes and suggests interview report standards. Assesses personnel compliance with recruitment standards developed;
Describes the company’s structure and departments, develops functions and schemes
Manages all HR automation tasks: for example, time-off bot, etc.
Deals with internal and external PR, e.g. employee welcome-books;
Performs other HR related tasks and assignments.
Requirements:
Strong process development and description background preferably in HR-leading position — be ready to demonstrate cases;
Good record with automating processes — cases again;
Fluent spoken and written English at least C1; other EU-languages including Russian is a plus.
Black belt in Excel/Google sheets — loves to work with figures;
Extremely details attentive;
You will hardly fit in if:
Your experience is limited to being a Chief Accountant or Head of Payroll;
You are an HR Lead or just a recruiter without hands-on processes automation and/or documentation development experience;
