Philips is searching for HR Manager.

 

Role overview:
In this role, you have the opportunity to be part of international HR team and acting as a HR partner for Enabling Functions in Russia, Central Asia and CEE countries. As an HR Manager you will provide comprehensive HR support and strategic HR advice to the organization and help drive transformation efforts.

 

You are responsible for:
Implementation and execution of our people strategy with HRBP, management and other stakeholders (Centers of expertise, PPS)
Providing strategic advice to people managers on people-related issues. Challenging the business - as appropriate - in order to ensure integrated people and talent strategies, and fair people management approaches
Driving Strategic Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and other Philips people processes and initiatives to continually improve organizational effectiveness and required skill set upgrades in business
Working closely with the business to understand and address business issues and supports department’s organization design, local organizational capabilities development with HR interventions
Managing / supporting local industrial / labor relations activities, if applicable
Driving standardization in the execution of HR policies and processes
Supporting and facilitating the development of managers in people management and manager self-service
Participation in HR-projects on a country/market level

 

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as human resources, psychology, economics)
10 years of relevant working experience in HR Manager/ Partner role dealing with operational HR matters within a complex and dynamic business context characterized by different cultures, management styles, systems and procedures
Experience in operational implementation of the HR strategy through day-to-day execution of HR activities
Practice in making business decisions that align with organizational goals
Experience in managing stakeholders
Experience in planning, coordinating, executing, and evaluating projects
Pro-active attitude, strong analytical and communication & presentation skills
Fluent English is a must
