What the tasks will include:
Recruitment from withdrawal of the application to the output of the employee;
Organization of repeated meetings with the Heads of departments (internal customers);
Preparation of Job Offer;
Leading adaptation of personnel;
Formation of personnel reserve;
Keeping reports;
Development of corporate culture.
They need someone who:
Has successful experience as a Recruiter/HR-Manager of 2 years or more;
Already reside in Dubai, or have recently lived there;
Able to interest a candidate who is not in an active search;
Is not limited to lukewarm responses when searching;
Able to identify the candidate's true motivation;
Has a good command of English;
Is attentive, responsible and proactive.
