В крупную логистическую компанию HAVI приглашаются кандидаты на пост HR Lead.

 

Responsibilities:
Acting as a first contact in Talent management and HR Operational Excellence for the senior management and employees in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Georgia. Active team member and representative of above-mentioned countries in the global TM community.

 

Processes and Projects:
Serve as an advocate/champion for the quality shared services, building, promoting and driving project / program management, best practices across the HR function.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders which include: employees, managers, leaders. Interface with, influence and manage all stakeholders affected by the project (i.e. department, function or location leaders, employees). Build collaborative relationships to ensure alignment and effective execution of projects and processes.
Actively manage (2-3 simultaneously) full lifecycle programs including, performance program, HR service transformation, Brand and EVP activities, and other Operations based projects/programs.
Monitor and demonstrate the thinking and judgment to escalate issues as required.
Design and deploy HR best practices and influence the use of these standards across HR functions as an HR capability.
Provide guidance, direction and support to stakeholders.

Serve as a champion in DE&I implementation across the sub-cluster.

 

Training
Conduct regular training as per the training and refresher calendar.
Monitor the success of internal development programs.

 

Communication
Translate and adapt global communication to local audience.
Prepare local communication on HR activities for internal marketing.

 

EVP and Marketing
Be the brand ambassador and assure all global initiatives are implemented.
Assess and actively propose the opportunities of enhancing EVP locally.

 

Cross-Functional Teamwork
This position will need to work across various segments of the business and with all process owners in the development, implementation, and follow-up of assigned projects.
Work with operations and administrative departments in creating and modifying policies regarding the development of new items, flow of information, and post approval item responsibilities regarding modification and discontinuation.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or Related field degree with HR certification
English language skills: Fluent.
Advanced computer skills: knowledge of Office 365 and Sharepoint, project management software, databases and spreadsheet will be a benefit.
Experience: 7-10 years of relevant HR experience.
Membership in professional communities recommended.
Exhibit deep knowledge and first-hand experience in operational HR including but not limited to HR administration, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance will be a benefit.
