Tasks to perform:
Global and local HR policies development and implementation;
Guidance to senior management team to ensure that business unit policies, practices and operating style are consistent Company principles;
Expertise in recruiting and adaptation, education and trainings, evaluation and development, employee engagement;
Expertise in organization development;
Expertise in operational effectiveness of the organization and consulting in improving changes;
Reporting to the General Manager, HR Director and CEO.
Requirements:
Experience in leading HR generalist function in international business context over 3 years;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership and people management skills.
Good knowledge of English language;
DISC methodology is an advantage.
