В группу компаний Dyninno Group, предоставляющую услуги в сферах туризма, финансов и развлечений требуется HR Head.
HR Head is responsible for aligning Company’s Group HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs while handling employee lifecycle post recruitment till exit of an employee. Direct report to General Manager, Uzbekistan. Matrix reporting to Global HR Director.
Responsibilities:
- Running best-practice HR function matching Company’s aspirations and local market requirements
- Running employee engagement activities, connect programs, rewards and recognition programs
- Acting as a trusted point-of-contact for all levels of employees to escalate and address their issues and concerns
- Consulting employees on labor-law and POSH-related questions and issues
- Running orientation and onboarding processes aligned with market expectation and matching Company’s policies and standards
- Liaising with various department for better business performance
- Providing insight into business priorities to HR Director
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Evaluate training programs
- Suggest new HR strategies
- Consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance
- Introducing new policies / structures on a need basis. Driving and ensuring strict adherence HR policies by all managerial and non-managerial staff
- Maintaining HRIS
Qualifications:
- Strong PC user
- Native/Advanced Russian and English level
- Knowledge of HR functions
- At least 5 years in a HR
