Reporting into the HR Head Europe you will be based in our Moscow office leading a small team of HR Professionals: HRBP’s and admin/generalist within our commercial office. You will form part of the local leadership team in Russia and be a key member of this region. We are seeking a strong stakeholder manager who can work closely with our Leaders and HRBP’s in executing plans to improve the overall business in each function.

Minimum Requirements
Successful track record as an HR Director / HR Head
Previous HR leadership roles in a high-growth, fast-paced business
3+ years of experience in providing work direction and leadership to people and teams
Experience in HR development and execution of operational activities
Experience in a global, matrix management structure
Experience in a medical device or related similar industry
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Business acumen: Good business sense and judgement reflected in key decisions made
Ability to drive change management and transformation plans
Experience with working with SSC
You will be comfortable working with the business leaders as you will be part of the local leadership team and also part of the functional leadership team in EMEA therefore you will have experience in a similar structure
Act with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
Local language and English as a minimum.
