В крупную фармкомпанию Bausch Health требуется HR Head Russia and CIS.
Responsibility:
- Implement the regional human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives
- Adapt HR programs to ensure the organization's current and future HR requirements are met: recruitment; training, development; compensation/remuneration; benefits; performance evaluation; organizational development; equal employment/affirmative action
- Coordinates health and safety activities required by legislation
- Responsible for employee communications; employment/labor relations
- Liaise with local managers to develop and implement regional HR strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organization's overall HR strategy
- Understands the Business and its needs in order to provide relevant HR support. Together with BU Leads develops and managers motivational, bonus policies
- Responsible for Talents acquisition and management
- Manages T&D team and develop training programs based on the needs, selects training provides and implement development programs for employees
- Prepares HR reporting on regular bases. Prepares and controls employees budgets and costs
- Responsible for communication flow inside the organization; for development of company culture and values
- Leads a team of HR professionals in Russia and CIS (6 FTE)
Requirements:
- Higher education in Human Resources / Management
- 10 years of experience in HR in international companies. Experience in Pharma industry is a plus
