Responsibilities:
- Organization of the HR department from scratch
- Organization of personnel document flow
- Organization of recruitment of personnel
- Development, updating of local regulations (Job descriptions, Regulations on remuneration and incentives, Regulations on the procedure for assessing personnel, Regulations on adaptation, Regulations on the selection and selection of personnel, etc.)
- Organization of labor protection at the enterprise
- Interaction with insurance companies, banks on salary projects
- Development and implementation of the company's HR strategy, policies and programs
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the organization of personnel accounting and document management, recruiting, labor protection
- Free orientation in the UAE labor legislation
- Knowledge and practice of the organization of labor protection at the enterprise
- Understanding of the reporting system, interaction experience with insurance companies, banks on salary projects
- Understanding of the architecture and automation of business processes in the HR accounting system
- Work experience in organization HR department of the retail from scratch, the development of the department and HR processes in the UAE
- Knowledge of English, Arabic and Russian languages (written and spoken)
- Work experience as a Senior HR or Head HR (mainly in UAE retail companies)
