Cainiao is searching for an HR Generalist.
Responsibilities:
- Business Partner: Understand business strategies, analyze, plan and keep upgrading organization to support business growth; With good business sense, improve labor cost-saving and efficiency ; take initiative to communicate effectively with management team, line supervisors and employees in various forms to ensure the effective transmission of information between different levels.
- Organizational Development: In clear direction, provide effective solutions through the combination of a variety of tools, such as talent review, recruiting, training, performance review, compensation and benefits, employee relations, etc.
- Manage and coordinate on site, participate in conflict solving or abnormal events in time, Create positive, cohesive working atmosphere.
- Change-driving: With insight into business development, facilitating changes at the corporate level, constantly improve human resources system, process, effectiveness and efficiency.
- Organization Culture: With Cainiao's feature and diversity, build up cross-cultural teams with high morale.
Requirements:
- University degree or above, major in 8 years working experience in human resources, more than 5 years international logistics supply chain HRBP/HRM/HRD experience is preferred.
- Familiar with HR process system, rich experience in recruitment/performance management/employee relations/organizational development, experience in multinational logistics industry recruitment is preferred.
- Strong logical thinking and data analysis, able to deal with complex problems independently, active learning, good resistance to pressure, able to drive and get results.
- Good communication, cooperation and coordination skills, HR project management experience is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written English skills, skillfully using Chinese and English as working language, working experience in multinational/cross-cultural environment is preferred.
