An exciting opportunity to join Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace team as an HR Generalist.
Main Responsibilities:
Support People & Culture Director in the design, planning and implementing key HR initiatives
Develop and oversee implementation of Human Resources Policies & Processes in line with the local & regional legislation
Recruiting, On-boarding, Performance and Goals, Trainings
Other HR issues aimed to support People & Culture Director in planning and implementation of key HR initiatives to help the organization become the Best Employer on the Market.
Operational support to the People & Culture Director in development and implementation of corporate HR initiatives/practices.
Developing, implementing and coordinating HR policy and initiatives consistent with the business strategy and corporate guidelines of the organization.
Ensure adherence to all applicable policies, procedures/ regulations and statutory requirements in respect / business operating in zone.
Ensure compliance to the all HR Guidelines / standards set for the employees.
Key Skills required:
Fluency English is a must
Have 5+ years of relevant HR experience in a structured company
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
Ability to work with diverse group of people i.e. corporate, regional, local, multicultural
Have strong organizational, planning skills and communication skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Workday.
