You will be responsible for:
Organizing the activities of the HR department of the retail chain from scratch;
Organization of HR document flow;
Search and selection of personnel;
Development of LP;
Organization of labor protection at the enterprise;
Interaction with funds, insurance companies, banks on salary projects.

Knowledge of the organization of the work of personnel records and document flow, recruitment, labor protection;
Fluent orientation in UAE labor legislation;
Knowledge and practice of labor protection organization in the company;
Understanding of reporting system, interaction with insurance companies, banks, payroll projects;
Understanding of architecture and automation of business processes in HR accounting system;
Willingness to participate in operational work and organization of HR department activities in retail chain from scratch, development of department and HR processes in UAE;
Good language skills, at least A2 in Russian, B1 in English and B2 in Arabic;
Experience of working as a senior specialist or head of HR department (preferably in UAE trading companies).
