Company is now seeking for HR Executive to be a part of HR Business Partnership – Commercial Department. The main responsibilities and the specifications for the role are shared below. The role will be located in Istanbul Dudullu HQ.
Main Responsibilities:
- To provide necessary support in terms of HR processes (recruitment, promotion / assignment, performance, training, remuneration) and to develop necessary system according to business strategies of the customer
- To be the first contact of employees about all HR related topics
- To clarify the need, evaluate profiles, conduct Talent Acquisition process (i.e. competency-based interviews, assessment centers) adhering to the process standards of CCI
- To conduct promotion and rotation processes up to Manager level for the related accounts
- To prepare career maps, manage succession planning for the related accounts focusing on talent pipeline by using the related resources, methodologies and tools
- To guide the employees for creating their own development plans
- To provide insight and support for Talent Management team; for recruitment / promotion and rotation processes in order to contribute CCI's current and future tal
- To design and implement actions aimed to increase & sustain engagement / motivation / performance for the related accounts
- To ensure compliance of CCI employee practices with the Labor Law and all related laws/legislations
- To provide insights in decision making for Disciplinary/Ethical Code processes
- To act as a consultant in accurate managing of subcontractor and distributor processes
- To prepare and to ensure orientation / onboarding / changeboarding conducted effectively
- To conduct pulse check / exit interviews and report significant subjects to direct manager / function leaders
- To detect L&D needs of related accounts and to collaborate with L&D team and function to meet those needs
- To provide execution of performance management and to conduct PIP process accordingly
- To ensure that all systematic steps are carried out on OPP; maintain data, provide system improvement suggestions to related partners in HR and DT
- To take an active role in HR related and multifunctional projects within CCI
- On-Time In Full completion of the processes and projects
Capabilities:
- Undergraduate Degree (preferably in Social Sciences and Industrial Engineering)
- Advanced level of English
- 4-5 Years of functional experience in Talent Management and/or HR Business Partnership experience is a must
- Good knowledge in execution of Labour Law
- Using related SAP modules and Successfactors effectively
- 50% travel for Commercial HRBP
